These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and Sevier Marketing, LLC, doing business as Business Paige and SILQ Systems (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our services, platforms, digital products, consulting sessions, or proprietary frameworks, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. SERVICES & ACCESS
We provide business consulting, digital systems, automation platforms, and training materials designed to help online business owners streamline their backend operations and scale their sales. Service availability and deliverables may vary based on your package or purchase.


2. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
For SILQ Systems or software-based products:
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
  • You may pause your account for up to 90 days by submitting a written request. Paused accounts retain data and access resumes upon reactivation and billing.
  • If you cancel, your account will remain active through the end of the billing cycle, after which all access and data may be deleted.
  • It is your responsibility to download or backup any important information prior to cancellation.


3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All purchases, including setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or consulting sessions, are non-refundable.
In certain cases, we may offer at our sole discretion:
  • Prorated credits
  • Payment plan accommodations
  • Custom scopes of work, as outlined in your individual agreement

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to legal action.


4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, frameworks, branding, templates, and systems provided by the Company are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, share, resell, or reverse engineer our materials without written permission.


5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate promptly during setup and delivery
  • Use the platform and services in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Refrain from sharing login access or proprietary materials with third parties


6. DISCLAIMERS
Our services do not guarantee any specific financial or business outcome. All results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation.
We are not responsible for:
  • Downtime or third-party outages
  • Loss of data outside of our control
  • Delays due to lack of client response or third-party integrations


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.


8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Venue shall be in Washington County, Utah.


9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
